21st Century Staffing Innovators

Face-to-Face programs involve groups of individuals working together under the guidance of a program facilitator. They are offered in two formats. Clients cand run them as "in-house" programs. Alternatively, individuals can register for public sessions.

21CSI's Face-to-Face programs are only run when a minimum attendance run is reached. They can also be scheduled as "in-house" programs, provided that there is an appropriate minimum number of participants. All Face-to-Face programs involve skill practice, through role-plays, case work or focused skill exercises. Feedback is the norm, either through the use of the video-recording or structured person-to-person feedback.
